QA Engineer

We are seeking a number of highly-talented QA Engineers to join our Product Engineering
team and be a part of our journey as we continue to innovate in the Quality Assurance and
Customer Service industries.

 

You'll Have The Following Responsibilities:

• Establish effective collaboration with our development teams and key business
stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of our platform and each module's architecture and functions

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases that specify the test
environment and the test data necessary

• Exhibit proficiency in creating detailed test plans and establishing realistic testing
timelines that align with project schedules

• Detect, document, and record defects sourced from various testing environments,
ensuring that these are effectively communicated to the development team

• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency
and accuracy

• Commit to enhancing the testing process by applying best practices effectively and
show initiative in identifying and suggesting possible improvements

• Actively engage in the product release processes, collaborating with your team to
ensure smooth and timely deliveries

Skills and experience we would like you to have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing

• Possess a strong foundation in testing methodologies, ISTQB certification is a
significant advantage

• Experience with UI automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium,
Cypress, and Playwright

• Proficiency in API testing and performance testing is highly advantageous

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments is desirable

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, while also
having the capacity to work independently when required

• Experience in using Git and other collaborative SCM tools within distributed
teams

• Comfortable operating in both Windows and Linux environments

• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

• Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Qualifications

•BSc/MSc in Computer Science / related technical discipline OR equivalent
experience.
