Having worked in software development and telecoms for more than 40 years, Derek brings significant experience to the role of CEO. He is dedicated to providing the company and executive team with a clear growth strategy. Previous roles including Country Director for Avaya Ireland, Country Manager for AT&T/Lucent Ireland, and Head of Integrated Business Systems at Eircom, have contributed to Derek’s leadership skill set. Derek is the founder and current CEO of Sentient Solutions, the parent company of Scorebuddy—an award-winning contact center QA platform used by over 50,000 agents in more than 25 countries.
