Scorebuddy Leads the Way in G2 Market Leaders for Contact Center Quality Assurance

    G2, an independent research firm, has named Scorebuddy as a Leader in its Contact Center Quality Assurance Grid Scores. Released in June 2022, the report recognizes leadership based on user reviews and market share.  

    The Scorebuddy platform supports contact centers as they innovate to meet changing customer expectations, increase efficiencies, and ensure every agent can work to the best of their ability.  

    The G2 Summer Report evaluates providers in several categories. The report named Scorebuddy in the Leader quadrant. This means Scorebuddy is “rated highly by G2 users” and has "substantial market presence scores."

    The G2 Grid Report is based on a minimum of 10 reviews and ratings in data gathered by May 31, 2022. Products are ranked by customer satisfaction and market performance. There are four categories on the Grid.
